2023 Online Tryout Registration


***Please read all information carefully as our registration process has changed

The registration procedure will be a two-step process, first, you will need to complete the online registration form. Once complete, payment will need to be made via e-transfer to: tryoutsvmha@gmail.com, the transaction is set up for auto-deposit, a security question is not required. 

 
VERY IMPORTANT: To correctly track payments and apply to your child(ren), PLEASE be certain to include your child(ren)’s name and team in the message section of the e-transfer (e.g., John Smith, U10A)

The Seaway Valley Rapids AA Minor Hockey Association will begin accepting registrations on July 1, 2023, for our 2023-24 hockey season at the following levels:

This Seaway Valley Program is open to Minor Hockey Players of: Akwesasne Minor Hockey, Alexandria Minor Hockey, Char-Lan Minor Hockey, Cornwall Minor Hockey, NGS Minor Hockey & South Stormont Minor Hockey
 

REGISTRATION DETAILS

1.  Tryout Registration Fee:

• $135 per player

2.  Online Registration and Payment:

• Online registration form must be completed
• Tryout registration fee payment will only be accepted via e-transfer to: tryoutsvmha@gmail.com
• Please be certain to include your child(ren)’s name and team in the message section of the e-transfer (e.g., John Smith, U10A)
• Registration will not be considered complete until both registration and payment are received by the Association

3.  Registration Refunds

• Any player who cannot attend SVMHA tryouts must provide in writing a valid reason, which will be approved by the President or his designate.
• Registered players that are successful in securing a spot on a AAA team must request a refund of their Seaway tryout fee.
• No refunds will be given after September 30, 2023

4.  Administration Details

• All players must be registered with their Home Association before being permitted on the ice
• Check the website on a regular basis for all updates
